4. Payment Terms

4.1 Course Fees

All course fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Payment is required at the time of enrollment unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing.

4.3 Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Available up to 14 days before course start date
• 50% Refund: Available 7-13 days before course start date
• No Refund: Within 7 days of course start date
• Course Cancellation: Full refund if we cancel a course

4.4 Transfer Policy

Course transfers to future dates are permitted with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability and a $50 AUD administrative fee.

All content, materials, and resources provided by Ramseredwa Public Speaking Academy, including but not limited to:

• Course materials and handouts
• Video and audio recordings
• Website content and design
• Logos and trademarks

are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and remain our exclusive property.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our materials solely for your personal educational purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission
